This connection lets Instant Signs Miami send website-generated emails through its authorized Google account. It is intended for authorized Instant Signs personnel. Website visitors do not need to connect a Google account.
Privacy disclosure
The connection uses the Gmail API through WP Mail SMTP on our WordPress website. It uses the connected account’s email address and available sending aliases to identify the sender, and processes email recipients, subjects, and message content to send website notifications.
Messages may include contact-form inquiries, account confirmations, password-recovery messages, and website administrative notices. The email connection is intended for these business functions, rather than reviewing or deleting the connected Gmail inbox.
Google authorization credentials and connection tokens are stored by the website’s mail plugin on our hosting account. Google, our hosting provider, and the mail-plugin software and authorization service support the connection. Email content is transmitted to Google for delivery and to the recipients specified by the website’s notification settings.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Instant Signs’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and disconnection
Connection credentials and tokens are retained while the connection is in use. Website records, email logs, sent messages, and backups follow the applicable website, mailbox, and backup retention settings; disconnecting the account does not automatically remove every previously sent message or backup.
The authorized Google account owner can revoke the connection in their Google Account’s third-party access settings. Authorized Instant Signs personnel may request removal of connection tokens and associated account information from the website by contacting us. Revocation stops future authorized use but does not recall messages already delivered.
Use of the connection
Only authorized Instant Signs personnel may connect an account they control and approve the requested Google permissions. The connection is for Instant Signs website notifications. It does not give customers access to the business mailbox.
Delivery depends on Google, the website, hosting, recipient systems, and their applicable limits and availability. Instant Signs can disconnect or reconfigure the connection when needed.
